As an early-stage company, Super has both near-term needs and long-term ambitions for the industry of property management. We have a strong belief that AI is set to transform enterprise operations and the very nature of B2B software in favor of agentic solutions that are able to cross-reference data, complete actions, and drastically improve both efficiency and user experience. 

As an industry that has been slow to adopt modern technologies, real estate is ripe for transformation—not just because it’s overdue, but because it is an industry primed to leapfrog into AI solutions that are easier to adopt and see immediate value. Most immediately, we have demonstrated rapid traction with an initial MVP of an AI customer service agent that is verticalized for property management, with a copilot experience to pair with it.

We are looking for someone that also sees the world differently, and believes that there are new, hyper-innovative ways to build smarter software experiences—or rather, super software experiences. At this nascent stage of building AI agents, our founding team is seeking a hands-on engineer that can drive our product vision forward alongside us—and help shape a perspective for AI-driven solutions for the real estate industry.

Specifically, we are looking for a candidate with a software engineering background and familiarity / experience with AI tools to help us rapidly iterate and expand on our AI agent vision. Because we are building in a whole new era of technology, the ideal candidate is innately curious and experimental, especially about ways to harness AI technology to move more nimbly and in more powerful ways. We’re looking for a divergent and systemic thinker—someone who can see the bigger picture and creatively conceive of ways to execute against it.

• Experience and familiarity with our stack: 
  • NoSQL databases (we are currently using Firebase)
  • Full stack Typescript stack (Node, React)
  • LLM models (primary model is OpenAI)– experience with AI / building on top of existing models, or developing ML models
  • Communication services (currently using Sendgrid, Twilio, OpenAI Realtime API)
• Highly experimental approach to solving novel technical problems—we’re all building on top of new frameworks and models
• Passion for shipping and delivering; we’re a startup and need strong accountability to achieve our goals within tight timelines
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy and ownership for our customer’s problem and our shared team goals
