How much time does it take to setup and onboard?

Our onboarding is free and is completely white glove. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to set up and fine tune your agent to your specifications. Because Super's platform is already customized for the needs of property managers, it is already pre-trained on property management basics. Our award-winning support team is here to support you as little or as much as you need.

Super's AI agent comes with smarts for property management out-of-the-box. Teams can customize them on their own and get training and support from our onboarding team.

Want us to do it all for you? Super's onboarding team can customize your AI agent using your SOPs, knowledge bases, and templates to train your assistant on your behalf so you can hit the ground running.

I am already using software. Do I need to switch to user Super?

Super works where you work and integrates with email, phone, your property management system, other software tools. As part of onboarding, we'll help you define workflows, integrations, and data uploading.

Do I need to move all of my properties onto Super at once?

We recommend getting started with your entire portfolio in order to gain maximum efficiency. However we understand that some teams prefer to roll out over time and can accommodate that. Whichever path you decide, we are confident you are going to love Super and will help you scale up when you're ready.

What if it's not right for me? Is there any commitment?

You can pay month-to-month or annually for a discount. If we're not right for you, we will make any data you request available for download for 90 days.
