Sales Development Representative (contract, commission)

Remote, contract role for an outgoing salesperson.

Super is creating the better inbox for property managers. We are building AI-powered tools to help improve communication, collaboration, and workflows for property managers and their buildings and residents. We are an early-stage, women-led team of experts in digital product and growth most recently hailing from Facebook and LTSE.

Super is building the future of agentic AI solutions for property management. We are growing quickly and seeking motivated a sales development representative (SDR) to join our team and help us solve one of the biggest pain points real estate operators and property managers face: customer service. Your job is to generate demos with qualified prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join an AI startup and be part of accelerating our growth. We are building a highly motivated and effective sales team. The role will begin as contract-based with large commissions and bonus structures. We have a strong, collaborative working culture and lots of room to grow quickly.

The SDR role is highly incentivized on performance by SQLs booked and bonuses for exceeding targets and closed deals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and outreach via phone and email
  • Tracking pipelines updates and nurturing campaigns

About you:

  • You love to talk to customers, and your preferred channel is getting on the phone
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • You are passionate about the potential with AI and real estate
  • You are tech savvy and know how to make a “solution sale” on software
  • You have high accountability and attention to detail
  • You love to win, and are tenacious about getting the deal

Preferred knowledge:

  • Our sales tech stack: Apollo.io, Hubspot, Slack, Google Suite
  • Industry knowledge: real estate, property management
  • B2B sales: enterprise software / SaaS sales cycles
